Réunion is about the same size as Gotland, but here the differences end. Inland you will find more than 3000 meters high mountains clad in tropical greenery and along the coast beautiful sandy beaches with a pleasant tropical climate. The contrast-rich island is perfect for those who, in addition to beach life, also want to do other things. For the adventurous, the island offers activities such as mountain hiking, trekking and hang gliding. Those interested in nature can combine Réunion with a trip to Madagascar and the beautiful neighboring island of Mauritius, where Phoenix travel also offers combination trips at reasonable prices.
