Diving at Chandidas
Candidasa attracts outdoor enthusiasts. Divers from all over the world come here every year. Bright corals, dozens of fish species, underwater rock canyons and landscapes of unearthly beauty – all this is the unique underwater world of Chandidasa. However, this place is hardly suitable for beginner divers. Strong currents and big waves, depth differences and tidal currents are the main obstacles for beginners.
The resort is closest to Bali’s best dive site, Tulamben, whose biggest attraction is the wreck of the American ship Liberty that sank during World War II. Here you can find rare species of fish, molluscs and corals.
