  1. BREAD PUDDING

  • 3 stale bread (frames or sliced)
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 500 ml of milk

– Mode of preparation –

  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 2 cup of flour

To escape from the traditional, this pudding coffee is perfection, with condensed milk and a hint of citrus from the lemon peel.

– Ingredients –

  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 dl (300 ml) semi-skimmed milk (semi-skimmed milk), warm

  • Grated rind of ½ lemon
  • Liquid caramel q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  • 4 tablespoons liquid caramel
  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g sugar light
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • Grated rind of 1 orange
  • 500 ml skimmed milk warm

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place inside the oven a container with water. Barre a form with the caramel and set aside.
  2. Separately, mix very well the eggs with the sugar, the starch and the grated rind of the orange. Add the warm milk in the wire and stir gently.
  3. Place the prepared earlier in the form, place it in the bain-marie and cook for 50 minutes. Remove, let it cool in the water and then unmold. Serve decorated to taste.
